Our Virtual Terminal supports Force transactions. A cardholder’s card may be declined due to security concerns. An example is if the credit card is over the limit or restricted to use at certain types of businesses. When processing this type of transaction, you assume all risks, including dispute risk.
To process a force transaction:
- Select Force.
- Enter the Transaction Amount, Approval Code, Card Details, and Postal Code at the minimum. View the Virtual Terminal table for all the available fields and their definitions. Click on Submit to process the force transaction.
- View the transaction receipt and transaction result.
Our Payment Gateway also supports force transactions.
