Go to Reports and then select Card ID Report.
Cards may be on hold due to your action, or a card has received a reason code 203 (Account closed) or 204 (Contact cardholder). All cards on hold are held from any future harvesting.
To review cards on hold, select the filter icon. Click the option for AU Harvestable and then select No. This will allow you to view the list of all cards that are not harvestable.
